FigmAction 01
After becoming a complete « Nendoroid-addict », the new figure serie catching my attention is the Figma.
I tried to play a bit with those I already have, and I must admit it is quite inspirating. So, let me introduce my latest fantasy ^^

Damn Haruhi… already interrupting the story. Now we will have to wait until Yuki is back, supposing you want to see the contination. Let's hope it won't be too long ^^
A bit short, I admit, but let's say it is for introduction. And even if it is very fun to manipulating pictures this way, it takes sooooo much time since I am huge newbie.
Anyway, Figmas are great, and allows to make a lot of great things, especially when you have accesories like scum2k1 showed us at dannychoo.com’s members items here and here. I am sure we will se more and more great pictures with the same spirit.

that looked like it was a fun shoot to do. i still don’t own any figmas since i’m not once for joints but i may pick one up at AX if the price is decent…

haha, action figures are cool. (Still I think PCV’s are greater since I won’t move my action figure when I got a stance.) Well I have no reference, but so far so good.
I’m looking forward, whatever happens next. So you did a good job making a fine cliffhanger.
Anyone know sites which makes stories using action figures? ‘Cause it looks like fun.

Dancing Queen : That’s mainly because of their price (half the cost of a 1/8 pvc figure nowadays) I have become fan of Figmas ^^
And quality is quite good for such a product, as long as you take care of it, obviously.
valho : yeah and you don’t even take picture of it at C2AGE!! :p

However I saw some funny things here and there, through otaku.fm.
Rin : Nanoha Figma is great. Not easy to handle because of her long hair and large Barrier Jacket though. And I am bit sad there is only two faces available. This could have been even better with more faces ^^;

I’m still not into the Figma’s just yet but I have had a look at a few that my friend owns. I guess I should really buy one to see what’s so good about them. I see that you’re getting into the whole photo composition stuff. Good stuff if you have the photoshop skills.

I got only figma Nagato and I agree with you. It’s fun to make your own poses and create your own little story if you have imagination. Now I must choose between Saber or Nanoha for my next one.
And me wants episode 2!
