Frozen Neko

There is still snow around there, and obviously some of my pets decided to enjoy it totally… maybe too much. Found Kyouka in this state this morning. I thought she was doing some experience, and to me seemed to have a load of fun – she is hard to figure out somehow.

It is nice to have some snow, which is pretty rare in my neck of the woods. Especially snow that is setting more than one day. Fortunately it is not as bothering as in other regions. Hope things are not so terrible for comrades in northern Europe and eastern United States. がんばってね!

    part of me wonders if she really is frozen of if it’s some trick, either way Love Kyouka!

    Because of the snow surprise, you cannot manage to freeze it, I doubt also you have the guts to do it xD…so I think it’s a nicely done trick. You have to tell me how you did it tomorrow ;)

    Oh come on, it’s not my type to play with readers credibility ^^;;
    To make it clear, here is another picture just for you. She really is frozen! look, I am waiting for the ice to melt =p
    Now how this could have happened… well guess she might have stayed too much time outside playing with snow ~_^;

    Looks “cool”, very clear shot. Still, it do looks like Kyouka resides in a plastic box covered in snow :/ But again, I don’t mind since the photo is “cool”.

    nice! Good to see that you really did freeze her up. :)
    How did you actually “suspend” her so that she’s in the middle of the ice?

    Was she damaged upon thawing? I know that PVC can suddenly go brittle after falling below freezing temperatures if you bend it. It may crack. Hope you made sure she was back at warm/room temperature before doing anything with her!

    Used a plastic box with just the good dimensions (those one with 16 pieces of Ferrero Rocher chocolates, from Xmas ^^). The nendoroid was a bit taller so few centimers of the hair wasn’t ice-bound.
    No damage at all. I let the snow melt at room temperature during the night, so even if it didn’t take so much, the plastic had the time to “recover”. I love my Kyouka somehow, so I was very careful ^^;;;

    Awesome Picture but I would have been afraid to hurt my nendo.
    In the beginning I thought you were using some trick until I saw the picture in the comments

    “Handle with care”, that’s what I was repeating myself again and again and again while manipulating the ice block ^^;

    Actually I am more afraid of heat than cold. But I guess any temperature effect isn’t good for plastic. Maybe I was a bit foolhardy ^^;
    Glad you like it =)
