This shot was F/3,2 and 1/4096 speed (iso 100). Maybe not the best settings to do so…
I guess the most important is to make sure to have the sun in the back of your subject – her it was on the right, as you can see since few parts are still enlightened. Then it is just a matter of settings.
Oh and the shot was a bit underexposed too.

Never heard of Grendizer, only Mazinkaizer and some of its variations, but never of this one. What shutter speed did you use?! Been trying to do some silhouettes but I always need to use photoshop to achieve that “black”.
