KeiON!

Gyaaa~ finally decided myself to take a picture of those two suddently acquired figma figures of Hirasawa Yui and Akiyama Mio from the frenzied buzz anime K-ON!. In fact, I have been racking my brains for a while to figure out what kind of shot to do. Well, actually, I already knew what I wanted : something that feels like “on-the-way-back-home-after-school”. Did few tries but had troubles dealing with sunset light which can be too intense. And to be honest, it was really frustrating and disheartening – especially when I realise that I spent more time trying to set the figmas how I wanted than taking pictures ^^;
But at last I ended up with something I like and I am glad to share. Can’t wait to have the full band now!

It seems that the second season of the anime series has started. So far I just saw the new opening and ending videos. Quite good. I love their swing, and feel the same energy and craziness I was fond of in the op/ed of first season. Just that I think “GO! GO! MANIAC” sounds a bit harsh with Yui singing ^^;;

    I already saw the first episode of the new season and it’s a great one.
    Technically better, a good job from the different seiyuu and very funny. But, I don’t like the new song opening, Yui have a strange voice on it >_<

    Winding Up / Bankruptcy. I read that somewhere. Not that it saddens me. They were known for selling bunch of bootleg figures.

    I didn’t know they used to sell bootleg figures, that’s a surprise. I bought my Sera-chan from them, although the hair has a weird paint job the rest is ok.

    Well, not all of what they were selling was counterfeit. But I’d say most popular licences like Bleach, One Piece etc. had their batch of bootlegs.
