Woman on Battlefield : 2nd Lieutenant Alice L. Malvin
Well, that’s not a very new figure in fact, and it has been few weeks now since I received GoodSmile version of the hot-tempered soldier Alice L. Malvin.
There have already been very good and complet review, so I invit you to go and check aka_ugly’s place, or tj han’s and also shinohai’s for more informations and great pictures!
And now, here few of mine, ’cause Alice truly deserves it!
I’ll just add that I love the dynamism of Alice’s pose which reflects well her combative side. A perfect figure for Pumpkin Scissors fans.
I also prefer to let between her hands the double-bladed sword, and keep the dagger at the belt.
I really like this character and the anime Pumpkin Scissors, despite the loooooong end. This kindda reminds me those Dragon Ball Z endless fights haha.
And this is too bad that Randel figure was canceled… she looked just awesome however… very disappointing.

Amongst the many reviews that I’ve read, your pictures really stand out to be the most excellent. Really loved the setting for the shots. ^_^

Thank you for the kind words guys, I’m touched :)
I’ve been thinking about this scene for some time now, and the only “decoration” I miss is a kind of jeep or tank. But that’s not really easy to find, at the good scale, and it is rather expensive, or sold in kit to assemble ^^;

Awesome! You must have had a tough time cleaning up after the shoot ^^;

Not really in fact ;)
I put all the gravels on a wooden plank, then it was easy to clean up the desk where I took pictures.

She is indeed a very interesting figure, the pose is just awesome but the price is a bit high.
If she gets a reduction on the price I may consider getting her but now is “almost” impossible (if I wanted she would be on her way now)

This makes me anxious for mine to finally arrive. I agree the figure has a sweet pose.

The dagger in the dirt pic is just plain awesome. Great pics!
The dirt was a great idea. Let’s start a ‘We Want Randel’ figure petition!
Your only mistake was directing people towards the awful pics I took of her ^^;

Nice scenario setup there. Mine arrived last week but that is at the end of the list to take figures of. So many figures, no time.

Nice setup. With an infinite black background. Where is she fighting? At the end of the world?^^

the gravels and the pitch black background goes well together!

Belela-san : yep she’s a bit expensive :?
aka_ugly : ahaha don’t say that, you’re pictures were nice too, with you’re special touch of humour we all like ^^
And why not, let’s go for the petition!
Adun : You bet it! I have some figures remaining too :o
David : yep, a battlefield lost in the middle of nowhere. Overthere, war is the only mean of life :p

OOoh, I like the setup you got there. Nice touch with the dagger in the dirt~
I couldn’t bring myself to buy this figure because Alice doesn’t have that crazy expression she had when she actually used the weapon~ ^^;
