‹ Do you see any green in my eye? •
Usualy, I do not really like those anime girls with eye-patchs. But that is not the case with Shimei Ryomou. Maybe because I think that it suits with her pro-wrestling-fight-style. I would not mind to try out one of her catch.
As for Ryofu, this is the first non-nude Shimei figurine which do not let me indiferent. Well in fact, when I saw her for the first time, I thought :
“wow she’s beautiful with this other kind of French maid outfit and this nice sword, but that doesn’t suit with the anime.“
Yes, because I prefer when figurines are the same as in the anime. And just after that, came out the video trailer of Ikki Tousen Dragon Destiny, in which Shimei appears, dressed exactly like that, the sword in her hand, hair in the wind.
“I need this figurine!“, that is the only thing I was thinking about at that time.
My Review
Even if I put aside my love for this figurine, I have to admit that Orchidseed which usualy produces nice resins, can also release good-quality pvc figurines. The blue of her hair and gloves is very intense, and produce a beautiful constast with the black and white maid dress whose pleats and waves are well detailed, as the ribbons on her hair and shoes.
Sadly, mine has a stain of a non-identified substance on her dress. But that is the last thing I can reproach this Shimei figurine with.
Some folks said that this figurine was subject to bending problems. Well, until further notice, she stands perfectly straight, and she is well fixed on her base.

nice photo shoot. Yah, it sucks when you get stain on the figurine.
I always wanted to get one ikki tousen figurine, but still not sure which one, because no ikki tousen figurine from GSC/Alter/Max Factory :(

Nop, no feature like their Ignis figurine. The only thing that can be done is admire it.

Admiring it is fine. I love it! It seems to have a limited number of angles that look good though, eh?
