‹ Collection Overview (part one) •
Let put aside our otaku-hobbies for a little moment, and let me make you aware of what’s going on in this nice place where I live : Bayonne. In France, this city is known for its chocolates, and ham. And there is a tradition since 1426 which aim to reward the best pork-butchers of the region. Nowaday, an official fair is organised during the Holy Week, and this is a good occasion to eat a lot of good things.
The main entertainment is to savour severals kind of ham, sausage, chorizo, and of course drink some wine and/or cider.
But there is also a lot of other typical Basque products.

Basque cakes, in which there is cream or cherry jam

In the bottles some pimento, and brawn in the boxes

“Taloa” are wafer of cornstarch, eaten as a sandwich with ewe cheese, ham, or chocolate for greediest
