After all this time collection anime character figurines, I manage to gather various stereotype of this wonderful universe, like school uniforms, magical girls, maids/waitress, angels, vampires/succubus, bunny girls, loli and/or gothic, fighters, bikini, idol, and even one with glases.
But I still missed other “moe” types, really inherent to this world of animes and mangas : [...]

As long as it is a good-quality product, I will never be bored of recurrent Evangelion figures of Rei and Asuka. And, unfortunately for my resources, guys from Kotobukiya are rather competent.
So, I hope you are not allergic to the pioneer of expressionless characters, since today’s figure pictures are devoted to miss Rei Ayanami!

What the …? Mirei-san again!? Well, this one is a bit different as this is an alternative color, and the figure is said to be one of those usual limited-for-special-event-edition. Mmmhh not that limited if you ask me, since I saw it in a lot of online stores.
Anyway, even if I already own the common [...]

Only few days after Mirei-sensei, I received my second Art of Shunya Yamashita figure, a girl that could have been a really intriguing classmate : Shii Arisugawa. But let’s just call her Shii-chan.
So, Shii-chan took the same path as her elder, and about two months after the Japanese release, was available here in France.
Fellow figure [...]

- Please write down what I say. Uh-huh…
Dear Yamashita-san,
All the works you have made till now in game and character design always had major impacts on my choices and decisions.
And I can say now that I’m glad to have had trust in you and your co-workers from Kotobukiya Inc. Your latest creation arrived with delay, [...]

Let me introduce you (again?) a quite old figure of Takako Kinoshita from the dating sim series Pia Carrot e Youkoso! (Welcome to Pia Carrot!).
Some figure addicts must have already seen her at Sector6 Slum Junk Shop. That’s where I’ve discovered this lovely girl in a chinese dress, and first heard of Pia Carrot. Unfortunately, [...]

I’ve already said I was expecting her at the end of the Rei figure review, and there she is! My dear and fond Asuka Langley, wearing a lovely striped tube top and shorts instead of the traditional plugsuit.
I swear, after that I’ll be done with Evangelion hehe.

Finaly! I got a figure of her!
Even if there are a lot of products on the subject, I’ve never found one according to my tastes. Well, not really, since I liked the Alter’s one in plugsuit but missed it.
However, I managed to grab Asuka, and already have two figures of the red popular “Second [...]

Yes, I was inspired by this great anime for the title, but I’m not going to talk about it at all. This time, I want to write some lines to answer this question : “how to have deep black baground for a figure indoor photo shots?”
I think it could be interresting to share what I [...]
